IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP YOU MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR NOTICE. Cancellation requests must be made in person at any Freeway Car Wash location.
In the event changes are made to the membership after the billing date, there will be no refunds for partial months or non-usage of an Unlimited Wash Club Membership.
Unlimited Wash Club customer must contact the Customer Success Center to give notification when any contact or billing info changes, including but not limited to change of address, email or credit card information.
When you purchase an Unlimited Wash Club (“UWC”) membership from Freeway Car Wash and/or its affiliates, partners, and related entities (collectively “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), we may require certain personal information, such as your name, mobile phone number, payment details, mailing address, and email address. This information will be stored as a profile associated with your UWC membership. If you contact us regarding your UWC membership, any information provided or recorded will be logged within your profile and may automatically update old records saved by our agents. When part of a membership, your vehicle may have an RFID tag affixed to your windshield. We collect all visit history information anytime services are redeemed. This RFID tag information is used to allow our company to provide services to you and may be customized to your service history and may trigger automated marketing communications.
We will bill you in advance for your membership. Your membership will continue and automatically renew on a recurring basis corresponding to the term of your membership unless and until you cancel your membership, or your account is otherwise suspended or terminated pursuant to these Terms. We reserve the right to change the terms of your membership, including price, from time to time, effective as of the beginning of your next billing period following the date of the change. We will give you advance notice of these changes, but we will not be able to notify you of changes in any applicable taxes.
Payment Terms and Conditions
This membership is a monthly automatic charge on the numerical date in which the membership was signed up.
Membership plan pricing is based on the location where purchased. A membership plan purchased through the our website will be priced according to the city and state entered at the time of purchase. Your membership plan may be subject to taxes, which will be calculated at the rate applicable to the location either where the plan was purchased, where a discount code was redeemed, or where our services are consistently being used. Any applicable taxes will be automatically charged to or debited from your payment method on a monthly basis. The UWC Membership plan pricing does not include applicable taxes and where applicable taxes are required, they will be added on to the pricing of the membership.
In the event our car wash is unable to charge a customer’s credit card, due to card expiration or change of information, the customer’s account will be automatically deactivated after the daily attempt to charge for up to 14 days.
Upon signup, you may be asked to provide personal identifiable information such as phone, email, full name, and address in addition to vehicle descriptions. This information allows us to properly administer services and will be used according to our Privacy Policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address on file with our car wash to receive any changes or updates to the Unlimited Wash Club Membership. By using our membership services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy and our general Terms of Use.
Unlimited Wash Club accounts may be managed online at managemycarwash.com. Members may request to discontinue, pause, change plans (limit 1 membership level change per 90 days), or update the payment card on file. Additionally, members can reach out Customer Success agents.
Unlimited Wash Club RFID tags remain the exclusive property of our car wash and must be surrendered upon request. If the Unlimited car wash RFID tag (sticker) is tampered with or the program is used in any way inconsistent with its Terms and Conditions, the program will be immediately voided and all monies forfeited.
Customers may purchase Unlimited Wash Club memberships online at any brand websites or washpromos.com. These transactions generate a confirmation email automatically that provide the member a redemption code to visit a participating location to be exchanged for an RFID tag on their vehicle to allow wash redemptions. Memberships are active immediately following purchase, regardless of when the member visits for the first wash redemption.
The Unlimited Wash Club program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts. Freeway Car Wash reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays, or equipment failure.
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time, and we’ll tell you when we do. Using the Services after the changes become effective means you agree to the new terms. If you don’t agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services, close your account.

- Opt-out of marketing communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails by following the instructions provided in the email footer, unsubscribe from text message SMS communications by replying “STOP” to the same telephone number you received a communication from.
Freeway Car Wash does not refund any Unlimited Wash Club recharges unless they meet one of the following criteria:
- The customer completed a cancellation form 7 days before the recharge date and has proof via the confirmation email of the transaction.
- The customer’s vehicle was modified and can no longer be washed by our tunnel.
If an Unlimited Wash Club Membership has been redeemed for washes during a billing cycle, it is not eligible to be considered for a refund.
For any Unlimited Wash Club Membership, at the point of sale, any new customer is required to sign or acknowledge on-screen the Terms of Service before the account is activated.
Please know that customers’ banks update credit card information with our third-party credit card processing company if a customer does not update it themselves. This is not an act of Freeway Car Wash. Attempting to allow a recurring plan to “expire” is not recommended, as the credit card on file will likely update itself via the issuing bank. The only way to discontinue an Unlimited Wash Club Membership is to visit the car wash’s website and complete a discontinue form request (managemycarwash.com).
Customers have 29 days from the date of the transaction to report it to the Customer Success Center. Any transaction beyond that time frame is not subject to be reviewed for a refund.
Freeway Car Wash does not refund any single wash transaction if the vehicle receives a wash, however, will gladly rewash any unsatisfactory vehicle before leaving the location free of charge. Once a vehicle leaves the site, it is at the discretion of the Customer Success Center to allow a rewash.
Any other promise or speech of refunds or returns is not valid according to this statement.
